I once was one of those people that threw away my money every time I wanted to rent a movie at blockbuster. At roughly $5 bucks a pop that’s exactly what you’re doing, throwing your money away. If you love watching movies like I do and are renting around four or more movies a month then read on.

I’m sure, like me, that most of you have heard of blockbuster online by now. And I’m sure much like me you’ve procrastinated looking into it or signing up. Just a few of the great things about blockbuster online are:

• Unlimited monthly rentals.
• A low monthly price. About $20 bucks as of April 2008.
• In-store exchange. (more below)
• Never having to go out to get your movies.
• No more late fees. Ever!

There are several differently priced programs you can enter but the program I use and recommend is to receive three movies at a time in the mail. Once you receive a movie you can watch it at your leisure and when you want to return it you can either put it in the prepaid envelop the movie comes in and mail it back to blockbuster or take it directly into a blockbuster store when you can return the movie in exchange for any movie that is in the store. Second only to getting a free in-store rental is that they immediately ship out your next movie.

So if you love movies, stop procrastinating, start saving your money, and get ready to spend some quality time with your couch.
